Area

Calculate routes automatically loads an area covering both markers. Smaller areas load faster; public road servers may take a minute to respond.

Set your journey

Choose a point type, then click the map to place its marker. Road data loads when you calculate.

Test road closures

Click a highlighted road. Each click changes one mapped segment. Routes recalculate automatically.

Route analysis

Choose both points on the map, then calculate.

How estimates work

Road nodes and segments from OpenStreetMap form a directed graph. Dijkstra finds the lowest distance or estimated travel time while excluding simulated closures. Mapped speed limits are used where available; otherwise speeds are estimated by road class.

One-way tags are considered. Turn restrictions, traffic, signals, ferries, and actual closures are not modeled. Check local conditions before traveling.
